Makes sense! Thanks for the thoughtful points. There is a lot of hype right now giving the impression that tankless heaters are much more efficient than tank heaters.
Getting to be a password driven world! I have the same problem with forgetting or losing passwords. Now the banks and such are wanting more than the password. Insisting on sending codes via email or text to verify its really you. They all want you to use cookies so they can track you!
I would go with the smaller size peg board holes. Hard to buy brackets that don't move around in the larger ones. I have the Milwaukee metal board and ended up going with magnetic strips.
I had similar issues with ECS, they seem to be confused about what they sell. You are lucky you got your money back. When I complained about the quality of the Schwaben torx sockets I was totally ignored.
Whatever I have bought has been 'ok', not great. I agree that its in the same ballpark as Pitsburg stuff from HF. I just don't like the deception that they are German quality. I am not a fan of ECS.
My father used to say always buy Douglas Fir lumber. He said it was a better grade and didn't have the moisture problems of the Southern Pine as he called it. I don't know if there is any truth to that but he was in construction his entire life.
Yes, I was using them on a regular basis to move. I don't believe that they got wet. One day the green ones just started to disintegrate and leave dye on the things we had them on. It was bad. Green everywhere!
