Crossfire,
You've got to build your own pair or two of sawhorses. Many plans out there from simple to elegant, stacking or not. For travel there are some good metal folders (1000lbs)

Pic below of simple, easy stackers. Light and strong too.

Easy to customize for any job.

Dewalt has some saw horses that have a slot in the top sized to fit a 2x4 on edge. You can just use two 2x4's by themselves or it is pretty easy to add some cross pieces that interlock like in this pic - which is what I use as a 'cutting table' with my tracksaw

Home Depot sells them for $36 and you can also adjust the height:

I just finished experimenting with a couple of new designs for saw horses. These aren't going to support a tremendous amount of weight, but I wanted some lighter saw horses to set up temporary tables in the garage, for when I have others over to work on projects.

One set of these is meant to take the LEAST amount of wood possible for a sawhorse. These take just a little over 2.5 standard studs (2"x4"x8') each in material.

Both sets are meant to stack in the smallest space possible. Notice one leg on each sawhorse is offset the width of a 2x4 from the end, so the legs don't get in the way of each other when you are storing them.

The last pic is a rendering, from my 3D design program, for the minimalist saw horse.

Most of the joints use pocket holes to attach the pieces together (except the diagonal braces, which are just screwed directly through the material).

They are surprisingly sturdy and are very light and easy to move around.

Here is a model I built for a neighbor who was looking for an occasional use set that would store easily.
One sheet 3/4 ply. They lock together tightly. A bit of layout work and some jig saw time.
The pics have all dimensions for two different height horses. 818de48510549ed6ae469d3708b4c690.jpgbd9c5d1aca6096bf410434a34a588546.jpg

Just make them yourself, bit of 2 by 4 or 6 for the top, 2 by 1 batten for legs, splayed out 1/2" in every 2" both ways, couple bits of scrap ply. I usually do a batch of at least 1/2 dozen as it saves a lot of time.

I have these and the homemade set a lot of people build out of necessity. The advantage of these is they travel well. These need minimal room in my truck and are pretty tough. I've had them since 2015 with no issues.
