    I put in bathroom with sink and toilet. Very glad I did. Yes we all can walk 60' but when using the toilet in the shop I don't worry about tracking anything into the house. Shops are after all about convenience.

    Take a look at replacing the garage door track/rollers with linear pillow block system the bearing will run about 100 a piece ant the rail about 40. This will give you a very smooth movement.
