Anyone have any good sources for learning how to use a lathe? I just swooped this up for $300. Couldn't pass it up...now I have to figure out how to use it lol.

Yeah, the motor is original. Thanks for all of the info! Do you have any links to docs or manuals on this thing? I tried googling around, but couldn't even find another picture of one.
I'll grab some more pictures of it for you guys sometime this week. I plan on restoring it and using it.
As far as rust, there's not really much on it. It's pretty well covered in oil and nothing is seized up. Motor wiring needs gone over, but I don't think it'll take too much to get her going.
That's why it's going in my father's shop. I slowly keep taking it over with my projects/crazy tools. Not many younger early 20's folks around my area into these old things.

Yeah, it's already been moved home. Surprisingly only took about an hour and a half to get it moved and onto the trailer without a fork lift.
