    Seeing as our washer just broke after only owning it for 1 1/2 years last month, and I DIDN'T have all the tools needed to fix it.... so guess who had to hang out around the house that day waiting for the repair man?! That's right! My wife did. And she had to write out that check to the guy...

    Thanks for the suggestion. I initially wanted to get checkered floor, but now after looking at some epoxy floors.... I am leaning that way more and more. It is more appealing to more people, which will help in resale value later on down the road. Not everyone likes checkered floor.
