Not a workshop at all, this is more of a mancave. Have a separate building to do "dirty" work. Also, this will be properly finished including insulation and metal panels.
I am starting to think about blocking out pests from coming into my pole barn. I already put some steel wool in the bigger openings I found. Any recommendations to seal between the slab and the grade board? Would Sikaflex be a good option here?

Minor update: added boards to the higher side, in preparation for concrete 2 weeks out.
Major update: inspection passed and certificate of occupancy has been issued. YAY!
