HemiRamOn22s, I looked into the plastic mat and was surprised at the cost. In the longer term I very well may go that way as I don't want my cars held captive in the garage during weeks like this one when it rains every day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The easiest answer is zoning and town engineers. Zoning cares about lot coverage and Engineering cares about impermeable. The cars in this garage are not daily drivers do driving on grass to reach back drive is acceptable.

My daughter is in town for a wedding. Took her car in for am oil change and was told she needed brakes...... My concrete is hard enough for a car to drive across it.... Ordered pads last night for store pickup... Tarp was laid to paint trim. Got wet so I left it out to dry. In...
