Went to the tip/dump this afternoon to get rid of some rubbish and nearly fell in the metal skip when I saw this. Pulled it straight out lol. It's an early model but not sure exactly what year.
why dont you get the chrome versions of the bahco ones scince these guys invented them, then snap on has scince bought out the company. plus many ppl on here say they are made in the same factory I dont know how true this is but surely it makes sense to buy the bahcos. personally I own from 4"...
theres a nice MAC box to do up on ebay at the moment near London for less than £50 I would jump on it but with a 400 mile round trip its not worth itebay item number...

eric what size tap were you using if I remember rightly my 3 record number 6 vices were a BSW thread something like 5/16 or 3/8 not 100% on size as my taps are at work right now.
At work last weekend I needed a M2.5 tap to chase out some threads for grub screws and the hex key was 1.27mm . why couldn't they have just used M3 as clearance wasnt an issue I guess it was someone just thinking this would be a great idea when it turned out just to be an inconvenience.
The sockets dont have any sk markings on them just the facom logo and the respective part numbers, come to think of it the sockets are a satin chrome and all my new facom sockets are polished chrome so there could be a possibility that they are NOS. However I wouldnt think that a company like RS...
just bought 2 1/4dr deep sockets from RS Components and they are stating the COO as the USA . I was a little suprised and thought that id share this with you guys.
Just the hex key as the cap head was recessed in about 100mm looked at the facom stm.j9 set but thought the boss would be a little pissed as its over £150 on RS and the hex key was something like £6
