    Craftsman Model 100 Rebuild.....Finally

Well, after several years I am finally getting this old drill press of mine back in service. It was my fathers, who has passed away since I started this project, and I have always wanted to restore it since it was his and in his shop for many years. It was in very rough shape to begin with, and...

    Insulation for my ceiling

Location, desired R-value and proper venting need to be part of the discussion, but fiberglass batts are usually the most budget friendly.

    What's the Best Fold-Up Sawhorse

I have a pair of these and they are great for stability for projects I will be getting in to. I use the quick plastic fold out ones for daily quick use however, I just find them a little easier to grab and go for a project here or there.

    LED light help

I have 11 of the 8' fixtures in my 32'x40' shop, they are 14' off the floor and I would have no problem adding a few more. It is nice to have the light you need, when you need it. I also believe mine are in the 5500K spectrum which I prefer over the yellow end for shop work.

Water intrusion on Wayne Dalton Garage door

I would have someone shine a flashlight around the door perimeter outside at night while your are inside and see where the gaps are. Just because you have things installed, does not mean there is not some adjustment to be had that might seal things up a little tighter. I would also check to see...

Battery post studs? Good deep cycle brands?

Not sure about the studs or specific application, but I have always had good luck with Trojan batteries for my RV. https://www.trojanbattery.com/

    Moisture Break For Drywall

No plan for the ledge, but thanks for the ideas and I'll look at the paperless drywall.

    Moisture Break For Drywall

I won't be hosing the wall, it would be potential splash from the floor or moisture creep.

    Moisture Break For Drywall

I am working on insulation and air sealing my shop today and planning ahead on sheetrock in the coming days. I have a 2' tall exterior block stem wall, above grade, and as of now am looking at green board with 1/4" gap above the stem wall for the bottom course with traditional sheetrock...
