Here is what I did to my Morton building. I followed all of their recommendations for finish out. There is about 16 inches of blown in insulation in the attic that I put in and the insulation in the walls was installed by Morton. Keeps it warm in the winter but it's a struggle to keep it cool...

Because of the way my metal building is constructed, there is a 6 inch gap between the sheetrock on the inside and the metal on the outside. This area is filled with insulation. This is the area where I can roll up and store the additional lineset.
