    Sounds like there is a clay layer under the gravel lifts.... Do you think that is so ??? If so, put a curtain drain around the shop, and connect drain lines that are placed in the lifts, that connect to the curtain drain... drain the water out to a dry well that is dug deeper than the clay...

    Use an electric heater to warm that space... My friends 100 watt bulb burned out and everything froze... I suggest 2 thermostatic controlled heaters.. if one fails, the other one will take over...

    KitchenAid grease replacement

    Replace the gear box with the aluminum one that's available.... I had one that gave up... I would recommend using the grease that KA recommends... I have a pint, if you would like me to mail you a couple TBLS. I would do that.. Where I got my parts...

    Best way to cut foil-backed Expanded polystyrene?

    I watched a u-tube video where a guy sharpened the edge of a putty knife.. I tried it and it really cut blue foam board easily and straight... I had to polish the body of the knife to get it to draw easily but it worked... Note the right edge of the blade...
