Yes, i've see it in a metal container (like paint thinner and WD-40 comes in) sometimes it will come with a spray bottle too. I've seen it at an advance auto parts and napa.

I got breakfast in bed, taken out to Mongolian BBQ, a new 30 foot Stanley take measure, and a 1/2 inch thin profile polished craftsman ratchet. All-in-all it's been a pretty good day.
