Armstrong tiles were 73 cents each. With glue and materials it was about $1 a square foot. I placed leftover tiles under the tires to eliminate any tire marks.

Machnsell, I used EpoxyCoat brand epoxy on the main floor with a gray base that was followed by a clear coat. The color has browned out nearly all over the floor (I have a lot of light). I knew this was going to happen, and it doesn't look terrible (no one has said anything about it)...

Thanks for the offer Justin. I did strip the floor after installation and then I applied 3 coats of wax. I'll try your product on my next strip and wax job.

Here are some before and after shots of the East end of my 40x60 Colonial garage. I installed Armstrong VCT Classic Black and White tiles, finished the trim, added track lights and installed the games. I am really happy how it came out. The tile was super easy to install and it looks great.

I have finally finished installing the tile in the gameroom/showroom. I have also updated some of the main areas of the garage that I had finished a few years ago.
