found this fixed cord and ran smooooth had a back up motor but orig was fine. investment save it from scrapers at dads place . o found a 1934 floor jack think i'm going to rebuild it .its cool

4 inch jaw vice is about 45lbs and opens 5 5/8 inch. sorry slow reply buzzy cleaning out oldmans house and buildings . wow

jaw width is 4" and 45 lbs on the american chain vice . read the old post.. its funny how the company disappeared after working on the manhattan project .i mean they still make chains for tire's but everything else is gone...

would like to ask the vice guys if you ever seen this vice or maker found 2 in dads barn with all turn of century tools.

great looking building . concrete and steel always the best for fabrication .im still in my 24x36 but thats ok soon they will all go live in there own houses rite? sons with wives
