    14 ga. will be plenty, I used some BX cable I had in my packrat pile, whatever you use needs to be in some type of conduit ( by code). I myself prefer to hardwire, but a plug will work

    Help me to decide on a heater

    How well insulated ? Have you concider kerocene salamander?, this would heat up your building alot faster,you can get a thermostat also, the smell is not bad unless you let'em run out of fuel

    I picked up a programable thermostat off ebay for $10 buck. The one northern tool sells was $30,and only went down to 50 There is a issue with some electronic model according to the owners manual Found the Heater very easy to install,quite happy with it so far (only been up for a few days)...

    Anyone, Anyone?

    just finished installing my Mr. Heater 45,000btu unit, there isn't a ground stud/wire, so I just drilled a hole in the back and used a bolt, I do hear a clicking when I turn the power on and the exhust blower starts But don't have fuel yet...Still ( after 3 weeks) waiting for my propane dealer...
