Grease zerk sounds funny at first, but I imagine that purchasing a whole log of grease to fill the box with may cost more than replacing the missing ratchets, and would make an unsafe environment for others in the shop while the DB cleans all the mess. If one used the dealership grease gun...

Working on a clean engine is much better (in my opinion) that a dirty one. Less chance to crud and grime to get places it shouldn't be, and easier to see things. DG

For less than $200 you can purchase a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) which will allow you to run the 3 phase motor from single phase input.

It's about 4 feet wide, 20" deep and 2.5 feet tall. Price reduced to $50.

Scrapped out last weekend. Mods feel free to delete.
