Since a bunch of your guys have given me great advice in the past I figured I would pick your brain again...
So a none garage related question:
My townhome is just over a year old and the outlets in the kitchen island have slowly stopped working... They are none GFI and nothing on the breaker...

Lithonia all the way, I've had mine for 4 years with no problem and this 6 - 48" T8 "Day light" bulbs really make your workshop/garage look like day light at night! LOL
That's what I have ordered, but the smaller version. Lift Master 3800, but Chamberlain makes commerial units that hare actually way cheaper than the Residential versions.
Lol no this picture was taken when they were laying the driveway... As you can see in the first picture the driveway is finished with about an 1.5" lip into the garage. The driveway seemed to be nice and thick so that's a good thing...
