    Cost 4 Concrete?

He''s pretty close. $4 ft on sidewalks it had better be easy and straight with road access, and there had better be a bunch of it.

Going rate on wood floor install?

$3-3.50/ft labor for an open room like that. That would include carpet removal and disposal, picking up floor, shoe mold, cleanup etc. Little more for moving lots of furniture, non-typical floor prep, etc. And a lot more for running down hallways with 47 jambs and tying everything together...

Concrete Slab Cracks - Should I Worry?

I believe it's from the monolithic pour. Going from 4" to 2' thick. I buried the saw once I got over the footer area and mine still cracked 6" from it.

Concrete Slab Cracks - Should I Worry?

My first garage (monolithic, 4" slab, 24" deep Undisturbed soil, 2 #4's in footer) did the same thing as the first 2 pics. Crack straight up the face 6" away from the control joint and ran to the first perpendicular control joint 10' away. I was pissed.

Looking for USA made applicators? (caulk guns)

I have a few of these and they are great for caulk, silicone, etc. cold poly, not a chance. Caulking guns tend to walk away on me too often to spend any more than that on, unless it's for home only use, and home only stuff always makes it to the job site anyway.....

    Air hoses

I like my flexzillas. Pretty good stuff. Might be better out there but I've had no issues and work well enough that I've not had the urge to try anything else since I got them. The flexzilla water hose is a must have. Expensive as hell though.

    Advance Auto Coupon codes

Be careful with these. I spent way too much there in the last month or 2 haha. And still have $75 in speed perks that I'd hate to see go to waste

    Crew Cab tool storage

Utility bed. I don't know how I ever did without it after finally getting one as it 15 months ago. Saves so much time having a spot for everything. I still have a little spillover into the back seat, but it's typically only a small bag of stuff that I know I'm going to be getting out, etc

Trimmer or blower not running right?

Definitely check the exhaust port next time you have the muffler off. I've picked up several freebies people were throwing away that were pretty much clogged!

Cheapest way to run temporary power.

100' extension cord and a few 3 ways?

    Aluminum bubble level?

The johnsons are decent for the money, what I am currently using for 4' and 6' now. I can't justify spending more on one because people I work with seem to think they are pry bars, etc. I'd be lucky to get a year out of one if it were 3/8 wall steel

Does a large garage or quality out building increase your property value?

You're probably not going to get it all back, but that depends on finding the right buyer . Almost guarantee it would sell quicker than without it if done appropriately. As far as property taxes, I believe they just hit us with a $15 sq ft assessment on detached structures and then the...

    Need concrete caulk recommendations

The np1 is what we use here as well. At least a dozen colors if not more. That Amazon price is pretty high (even without shipping) compared to what I pay from a local supplier who isn't known for being cheap on most things so it might be worth a little searching.
