Appox 3000. If we take it on it would be on a 5 - 10 year agreement after which I will be retired so it won't matter what happens then. We are talking about an agreement where we would do the repairs and improvements in lieu of rent with a minimal buyout agreement on the back end.

Drywall should come off the floor fairly easily, just a PITA. Your drywall guys should have covered the floor with rosin paper. Whether you will have some marks on the concrete depends on the mud and how long the crete has cured. My guys never do anything on walls without covering the floor...
