Thought you might like to see what we are thinking about taking over for our woodworking business and office. Owned by city, half the council wants to tear down, other half would like to see it saved in some fashion. If we take it over we will probably have to move it in 5-10 years. We are doing our due diligence now and will probably make a decision by the end of the month if we want to tackle it.

Moving it (or the potential to be forced to move out of it) would be a total deal breaker for me.

Appox 3000. If we take it on it would be on a 5 - 10 year agreement after which I will be retired so it won't matter what happens then. We are talking about an agreement where we would do the repairs and improvements in lieu of rent with a minimal buyout agreement on the back end.
