easy Frank, think about it,....it heats cold water, it is a Cold Water Heater.
For years I used to call them hot water heaters until I was reminded it heats cold water. Thanks for saving your 1000 post for flaming me.
one of the coolest garages/bunker type things I have seen, and I thought my garage/workshop was cool!
I like the passageway from the house to the bunker, and the scooby doo bookcase/door.
great looking project,...don't forget to add twice as many lights as you think you will need!
what about the grade running towards the garage? do you think you will have a problem with rain water flowing down that hill to the garage?
you have a cold water heater,...no one sells a hot water heater.
anyone that says "hot water heater" usually gets a laugh out of the cold water heater correction.
Just sayin
bigger (I have an outgrown 4 car garage)
taller ceiling so I can install a lift
A/C
speakers inside my garage, not outside over the garage doors.
built in storage shelves
more durabable floor (I have stained concrete, gasoline eat's the stain)
and did I mention bigger size garage?
the tweeker that used to live next door (moved out last night) was building a "sound proof" room in the garage to play his drums, and borrowed my saw, extenstion cord, and a drill. He said he would return my tools in a couple of days, it was 2 weeks later.
Never again
I gave my toolbox to my son when my wife bought me a bigger Craftsman.
I have tools in it, that were my Grandfathers wrench's that my Dad gave me.
I use them all the time
