Check out TreadWare, just picked up ~100 ft baseboard + preformed corners and corner wall corner protectors for 21x37 shop <$300. Pretty happy with the price...too bad I'm already out of fashion ;)

For what it's worth the "portable" lifts mount via exactly he same method as all 2 post lifts...while there are various anchor options, ultimately they are all just bolted into the floor. You should also check the thread on the new C-7000, similar concept as MaxJax but maybe a little heavier...

I saw a ton of debate over anchors for the MJ but very little for the C-7000... From those who've installed it, is it that the "larger" anchors provided are better suited? Based on all the MJ feedback I was fully expecting to have to get on board with 2 sets of epoxy anchors... Experienced...
