    I bought the box off a box truck for storage. all alum. no rust, soild wood floor. They come in all sizes, rool up door which is nice also.

    I would also look at the check valve between the head and the tank. That would also give you the same problem.

    If you were building a 20x24 detached what would you add????

    I would not add a 3" pipe. I would add 1- 1 1/2 and two 1" pipes. The one 1" for low voltage cable etc. The other 1" for 3way switching from the house when you forget to shut the lights off. The 1 1/2 for the power to the subpanel.
