Drove over to Sears this morning to pick up my three Gladiator gearboxes. They barely fit into my wife's little Ford Escape. I had to lay the seats down and pull the front seats all the way to the dash. Not a great way to drive, but it was a short trip and I was soon home. Unpacking them...

Really? I just checked again and the sale price is still there. You are required to register with Sears, but that part is free. What are you seeing when you load the site?

OJ - very nice solution! I've got foundation walls that kick in about six inches so I don't really have the space between the wall and the garage door that you do, but I love the elegant simplicity of your fix. I'll move the large ladder back into the shed once I'm done patching and painting...
