I found a local shop that diagnoses electric motor and provides free estimates to fix them. Thank you all for your help.

I do not believe the motor overheated. How tough is the insulation on the wire? Looks like I have to cut the nylon rope and pull out the connection to the windings.

Warranty is expired. It had one year I believe and it is now 16 months approx. Emailed support anyways, who knows.

It seems the high speed winding has no continuity but the low speed winding does. Is this something that can be found visually? What would cause such a condition?
