I think the price increase makes them less attractive now. I can go over to Capri and get the same tool if not better and if Capri mirrored Tekton on a few sets they would take the lead. Tekton uses Trusty Cook hammers and stamps their name on tool just like craftsman and other like Capri do...

I agree with that. I have had great luck with Tekton. I now use the Channellock sockets for my beaters in the Subaru and if they are stolen then oh well.

Yeah I agree you get what you pay for most of the time. I have to life and learn. I am surprised the Channellock combo wrenches are not as popular on GJ as I have never heard bad things about them.

Wanted to let you know I got a good deal on these do it best hardware channellock sockets and they are not that great. Aesthetically pleasing but not that great fit on the ratchet. HF quality fit. Their ratcheting wrenches with flex are actually really nice and have teeth in the open end...

There warranty is top notch. Dave from Tekton took fantastic care of me when I had an issue with a reversible ratcheting wrench. Tekton customer service is top notch.

Just got the 3/8 flex head 8 inch today and all I can say is "WOW" what a nice ratchet compared to the other Tekton 3/8 ratchet I have in 72T. This new ratchet flex joint spring is tight and keeps the head at the desired angle almost like it is locked. I am impressed and have to say if Tekton...
