I used town and country pole barns for my 36x48x14 a few years ago. they did a good job and I am still happy with them. They have their own crews and only subbed out the concrete.
Did you direct mount the lights to the ceiling in your garage or they hung? I have the same lights in my current shop but hung by chains. We will be building a new house with attached shop up in Woodland in the next 6 months and the shop planning has begun.
Put rust bullet down in my 1700sqft shop, would never do it again. After about 6 months it started changing colors and now looks dark gray in some spots and light in others. Even in places where there was nothing spilled on it or anything even put on it.
That grind job is poor at best, should be uniform and not slick like that. It looks as it is out gassing and not adhering. I'm not an expert on epoxy but that is not a quality job, in automotive paint that looks the same as solvent pop.
You're lucky they even let you build, the Columbia gorge act is a pain to deal with. My sister has a house in hood river.
Looks good so far. Im over in Vancouver.
Man I have been slacking on the updates of home shop.
Got 10 led led high bay panels installed all the ceiling wiring done while I had a lift I borrowed from a friend. Along with all the ceiling fan boxes in. Had to get creative to pull wire alone while being 15' in the ceiling.
This weekend...
Its such a hard decision to make on what to do. July 25th will be my 30th day of the new floor so I have to make a decision quickly.
Cant move any lifts or tools in until the floor is done.
We got the garage floor poured, we estimated 24.5 yards. Ended up with 36 yards for the floor. lol. Went a little bit deeper, but hey not going to complain with a 6" floor.
