I have a 60t hydraulic bottle jack and cribbing. Was thinking about putting telehandler or some weight on the deck and using the jack on the corner. Wanted to do it without heat.

I am the one that bent it. It actually used to align. It was loaded backwards so the rear tire was sitting at the end of the 2’ cantilever plus the weight of the counterweight is on that end. It is About a 23k JLG.

I see why they did it but yeah not a great idea. Just at the end of the flat deck is the only place they did it. They did not skimp anywhere else. Two hydraulic cylinders, heavy beams. The trailer weights 13k.

I did not even think of this. They are spaced 16” but could put one closer. Very good thought.

I like this idea. I would have to see how well I can weld the top. I could only get about 4” past on one side but could get pretty far on the other side of the notch. Might as well do both sides before the other one bends.

I should add by some of the replies here these new generation packs seem to be useless. Cant jump a battery that is too dead… WTF. Wonder if they are trying to protect the jumper box more than do the job they should.

This one does not have the table in the back. My old one I had did. Pretty cool feature and at the shows I would put a jar on the back. Those of us that lived in the 80’s will never forget those commercials.

A place I worked at (heavy duty truck shop) many years ago we had two very large batteries on a dolly. Need to jump the completely dead Pete with a large Cat… no problem. Would like one of those but not really feasible for me. Ha Ha no 5.9 swap.

Did not see it mentioned but the drawer pulls are different on the premium boxes. Some are just formed metal, some are formed with a reinforcement piece. Some formed with a decorative piece and some formed with a large aluminum pull that helps with drawer rigidity such as an older 6S Matco.
