The trolley (and everything mechanical) is moving easily. I'm not sure what you mean with respect to the limit switches? At either end of the travel, the limit switch seems to work correctly to stop the motion. And, if the "top" limit switch was bad, for example, that wouldn't stop the door...

Hello, I have an oldish Genie Blue Max screw drive opener that, occasionally, will not operate. The symptom is that there is absolutely no response to a button press. No sound or motion. This can be cured by either: 1. waiting for maybe 10 minutes seems to cure it, or 2. turning the screw...
