Well folks. After solving spark and fuel issues and still having a no start condition i have found what I think is significantly scarring on the cylinder. I think that probably classifys this as a wall hanger only. Hey I tried .

Thanks for the replies. The problem with the blade is that turning left the blade stays stationary and the arbor spins free. There is a very thin washer/nut between the back of the blade and the housing that appears to have two flat spots. I haven't made a wrench to fit in there yet but thought...

I have one. I remember buying the set and then buying it from open stock at the same time. Part number is strange. They decend down from inch to 7/16 in order. The 7/16 is 45621. Then the 3/8 is 43611. Weird. Also the rest of the set is -V- while the 15/16 is -VV-. All bought at the same time.
