Thanks for all the replies... The box will rarely be moved but I want it stout and 'moveable' if needed.. I think the lower casters or the sliding plastic blocks bolted on will be the cleanest and most permanent looking solution..

The bench is as high as it can possibly go... I had an idea.. That plastic material HDPE or something like that, take 4 large chungs about 5x5 square and about 2 inches thick... counter sink a few bolts into it and into the base of the tool box. That way I could on occasion, slide it out if...

Need a 41-44 wide lower tool box that will fit under my workbench that has clearance for a 35.75 max tall object.. Craftsman has a few that are 34" I believe (or is it 34 without casters?) Not sure but the drawer configuration is not ideal for what I want.. Most from Harbor Freight, Home...

Anyone with a parts K89 circular saw? The Porter Cable speedmatic syracuse model... The knob on top that adjusts the height is broken off/missing. Will a speedmatic 75 interchange and work on the 89?
