Where did you order them from?

From everything I've seen Matco has been far from classy over the last 6 months.

Has anyone found a source or part number for the OE soft, thin and sticky drawer liners? The set I got was the thicker plain rubber ones.

Anyone have a good source for buying some of the smaller VIM rails? The $20 shipping direct seems a bit excessive.

That's actually a legitimate question. How can they remain profitable when SO & Mac are stealing all their customers???? I mean I can understand no inventory due to unforeseen circumstances but to blow off your customers? Unheard of.

Has anyone gotten an update? They haven't answered my inquiry to them from several weeks ago.

I also wonder what the franchisees are selling if the manufacture can't get any products to them. Can't sustain a business model like that for too long.

I didn't realize they were troublesome, I'm just looking to grab a couple of their shorty 3/8", maybe it's time to look elsewhere.
