My bandsaw did not have a down feed cylinder originally so this is mostly to help when I cut thin material and to help with variation on the cut finish.

Speaking of 3D printing I made the green bracket on this bandsaw to attach the Dow feed cylinder to the upper arm similar to the factory bracket.
I don’t have a mill so this is what I can do.

Ok I really didn’t mean to stir up such a discussion was just curious really if functional 3D printed parts would be welcomed here or not.
I do not see a huge difference between 3D printers and CNC these days as both are largely programmed via CAD models and a CAM program generating Gcode...

Make sure your casters have good lock mechanisms or you may be chasing that weld piece

You can run a screw with it if it is a normal drill with a hammer function however the hammer function is a forward motion not a rotation like an impact driver is

Re laminated my main stereo amp casing. The original was a fake wood **** that was cut up and peeling after ~40 years.
Replaced it with real wood red oak and have stained a light red color for now. May darken it up a bit more before I seal it

I would guess that most people who would be interested in this probably have an 18V lithium drill anyways. I would have made it capable of the larger size and just put in there that the largest need an 18V+ lithium dril
