No, the Harbor Freight replacement pump is same as original. Its a fountain water pump.

Yes, from my research kerosene is fine in fuel pumps. Bur the PSC1000 solvent solution will not work in gas and diesel pumps.

I'm going constant flow. After using a diesel pump I learned the PSC1000 solvent solution swells up the seals in gas and diesel pumps and causes the pump to all but lock up.
