I need to make a handle for this 2” chisel with an odd “tang” that’s larger around than any I’ve ever seen. 5/8” diameter but fairly short. 1-3/16” long. There are no markings to identify the manufacturer.
Not sure what the handle should look like.
Vintage Lufkin 60-inch ruler with brass ends and a hook. A little hard to read but I think it's a No. 714-3 (found an image of a 72-inch No. 714-4 ruler on line so I think mine is a 714-3.)
I have an older Senco Model L Brad Nailer. It blows air out the top all the time. I assume that I need to replace the o-rings in the trigger assembly but I cannot figure out how to remove part no. CA0065 from the housing to get to the o-rings.

I have a Columbian bench vise that is welded together, not cast. I don't know whether it's something special or a waste of perfectly good metal. Anyone know what this is? Sorry the photos are upside down. Can't get them flipped.

I like the idea of buying an older used compressor. In fact, that's probably my preferred approach. I just haven't seen one on CL recently. I'd worry a little bit about the tank being rusty... is there a way to check to make sure the tank...
