What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Did the 5 year/100k timing belt service (including water pump) on my ‘03 Jetta TDI. Also addressed the leaking seal between the EGR valve and the Intake manifold. The car got fresh oil and a filter change as well as a fresh air filter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Installed new radiator and coolant flush on my 2003 VW Jetta TDI. What a job. The whole front of the car comes apart to get that thing out and replaced. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

What did you do "IN" your garage today? I am amazed every trash day. I'm lucky. As a UPS delivery man, I get a good jump on all the good stuff going out. Me and another driver have a competition on who can get the best find. I have repaired and sold more lawn equipment than you would...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Found a small Hobart wire welder being thrown out on trash day. It needed a switch and good cleaning. I replaced the switch and all is good. I think it works great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What design to build on slab?

Hello, I love this site. It give me so many ideas and inspiration. The property I bought has a small concrete slab and I have been thinking of framing up a storage area for my yard tools. The only thing I no for sure is it measures 12' 2" x 13' 9". Any thoughts on wall height or roof pitch...

    Lineman Pliers

My dad had these as long as I can remember. I remember playing with them when I was a kid. I used them last year to help me wire my entire shop 35 years later. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Thoughts on cordless impact guns

I will throw in another vote for the Ridgid 18v. It has yet to let me down on my DIY weekend projects. It handles car and RV lug nuts with ease. Just last week, it handled 3 suspension jobs on VW Jettas. It never struggled. It takes off crankshaft nuts when doing timing belts no problem. I...

Anyone have experience with the Rigid 18v Lifetime Warranty?

I have been extremely pleased with all my Ridgid 18v tools. I keep buying bare tools to add to my collection. I have never had a tool fail. I have had to have my original two batteries replace under warranty twice in the last since my original purchase which I think was in the late 1990s. As...
