I had a look through your images and I have to say that you got quite a unique way of wording what goes in what drawer (Referring to "The **** **** up drawer") it is a very...diligent way of putting it. ;)
With that said I do give two thumbs up for the creativity and I do hope...
We would definitely recommend self-laminating or vinyl labels in the conditions you describe. The vinyl ones are more versatile as they come in different colours.

It is not clear which model you have so my best suggestion would be to ring us (1-877-289-3966). For more technical questions you can use 1-877-724-8324.
For non-smooth surfaces you would need either flexible or better permanent tapes (http://www.dymo.com/en-US/view-all-labels/labelmanager-d1-labels/wires-cables). They would work with the 160 or any other LabelManager.
