While this thread is still somewhat active I have another question regarding the T8 florescent fixtures. Does anyone have a recommendation on a particular brand? I see them on Amazon and at Lowes and they're really cheap ... Are there brands that should be avoided based on your experience...
Thanks for the comments. I think that makes a lot sense to simply install round receptacles in those boxes. It definitely sounds like the quickest and easiest solution.
I've been through the Romex in conduit discussion several times before and as was mentioned, it does not violate code.
Thanks for the reply, I need a fixture that can mount to the exposed metal boxes that are not flush with the ceiling. Do they have a florescent fixture for that situation?
