Picked this set up for $14. Listed on Amazon as Knipex, but clearly the Witte 663862 set. Also sold at Haus of Tools for $21

    Howdy from DRPD!

@billspreston Order placed late Tuesday and shipped out via UPS on Wednesday. Appreciate the quick shipping during a time of heavy orders! There are a lot of PB Swiss sellers now but I really like the ability to order PB Swiss, Koken and KTC all from one place. Great to see small companies...

@superautobacs A cobbled this together from the toolbox, but not locking. Do you think the Koken locking extensions are worth the $$$? (the black socket is from Burger Motorsports)

I have both the Gedore 620 and Koken 2137. I don't really care for either as they don't hold bits very securely (but the Gedore does hold better than the Koken). As with all Koken, it has less play due to a better fit on the square end. The Gedore is also not made in Germany, it's made in...

Pretty good deal on Amazon for the set of Koken wheel nut sockets (search 14201M). $49.47 vs $92.82 from Palmac

Ah yes, that's correct. Had the wrong part number. 12 point is actually 3305P and comes in 250mm length. Some of the sites in Japanese reference BMW but I'm skeptical that it's thin enough https://www.kokentool.jp/SHOP/koken-3305p-250-14.html

Has anyone successfully used a Koken spark plug socket like this on a modern BMW engine (B58, N55, etc)? It needs to be a thin wall, and according to the Koken catalog this has an OD of 19mm. Not sure if that is too large of a diameter Koken model # 3300C.180-14

$30 PB Swiss find on Amazon, which is about 50% off. Couldn't pass it up...still listed if you search 212LDH-10

I was looking for some metric & inch combo tape measures and picked up these two from Mitutoyo. One made in Japan and the other in England. Pretty modest cost and there are several other versions available as well. Purchased from https://www.bmikarts.com in Ohio.

Can anyone that has both the KTC and Koken rail socket holders provide some feedback? I have a few of the Koken and they're filling up. I came across the KTC EHBA which are about half the price and wondered how they compare...

New Old Stock Milwaukee heat gun, Made in Germany and I believe this is a rebranded Steinel. Based off of the box I thought it was from the 1990's, but the manual has a 10/04 at the bottom of the back page so I'm guessing it was produced around 2004. It has a 9 digit serial number and the only...

I did a little tool organizing this past week and made this little kit for my range bag. Nice mix of COO (Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and the US. No COO markings on the Glock takedown tool).

A recent Cyber Monday purchase from Koken USA. I called with some questions as this was listed for sale on the Koken USA website but not Palmac and they said this was a special run of 200. Looks like they still have ~ 100 available for sale. https://kokenusa.com/2450as-sae-nut-grip-socket-set/

Here's a few recent Swiss made purchases. This is my first Vallorbe file and I wasn't sure what cut to choose. I wanted something relatively fine, so I chose the # 4 fine which is much finer than I expected. Any file savvy individuals know what the rough equivalent grit sandpaper would be? I...

Recent purchase from Amazon.de Paid about $50, compared to KC Tool at > $125. Should be a nice compliment to the Nuss-Box (which are metric sockets, this R-GO set is Imperial). https://www.kctoolco.com/felo-62053-felo-r-go-xl-36-piece-box-sockets-bits-ergonic-ratchet-inch/
