Whos using the MAXLITE 4803 fixture and LED bulbs from sticky thread?

Your correct, sorry error on my end working through my phone on the quote button. Looks good with 5000k, most of my interior lights inside home are 2700k, figured the 4000k would be a happy middle of road. Garage is used for one car being stored inside. Other bay is for “stuff”/ tools etc...

I was thinking 4000k bulbs; what made you change to 5000k. Mine is attached garage if that makes any diff.

Any1 using 6" Recessed Can Lights In Garage?

Do you have them on a dimmer. Looking at the wf6 specs says 0-10v dimming? Did you run additional wire for that? Also, any “delay” when you turn them on initially? Thanks

Any1 using 6" Recessed Can Lights In Garage?

i understand the 'can' does not put out the wide spread of light, but someone has got to have them in their garage, just curious if i should space them out more as to compared to inside a home (living space)

Any1 using 6" Recessed Can Lights In Garage?

Curious of spacing and level of happiness with them, thinking of going canless and throw them on a dimmer... I do not need 100 foot candles as garage is mainly a hangout area, no car work etc. so the shop light option is no good for my use. size 20 wide x 27 deep, 9 ft ceiling

5/8 Plywood Strips on Gar Ceiling - what fasteners

Really appreciate all the insight. The durapanel is a nice product - it’s painted and ready to go. Friends of mine have it in their pole barn. Being an attached garage, I think it would be a stretch for our home style/design maybe. The plywood idea would not be a ship lap - no tongue and...

5/8 Plywood Strips on Gar Ceiling - what fasteners

Got the insulation up. R30 unfaced batt perpendicular above bottom cord and going to install the r13 face batt parallel with bottom cord. If I do the 5/8 cdx ply I will have a bunch of **** joints. Should I install a plastic “vapor barrier” first before installing the plywood 12” x 8’ strips...

Insulating Garage - Wind Block Under Vent Shutes?

Yes it’s a garage with 16x7 insulated door. I’m at the point of finishing the edges and wanted to see what folks are doing for the eves. Foam board is $30. Cut it in strips and spray foam it in. Not a big expensive but some time investment. Maybe more practical for a living space?
