    Who uses 'mechanics gloves' and why?

    Got a set of mechanixs wear gloves that I use while prepping cars/pit stops, anything to do with heat, brakes, wheels really. Otherwise bear hands or blue nitrile when working on road cars.

    Gloves, what do you wear in the shop?

    Get some snap on gloves, utter toss, did 2 race days and fell to bits. Stitched up about 3 times now and just use them for cleaning and moving heavy ****. Got a load of Latex that I use for dirty work and cleaning stuff. Will be trying a couple of different ones out at autosport see if I can...
