    A late anwser. Black is not the common colour over here. More Yellow and light Gray. In homes in the Netherlands you'll find 230V~ 50Hz in a 5/8" plastic pipe (outlets, lighting) 16A max and a RCD or 400V~ 3fase 50Hz 16A in a 3/4" plastic pipe (oven, induction plate)
