In the pictures, the table and other small parts appear to be laying on the floor next to the unit. Wish that I could find one in this area for that price.

If you go to the Milwaukee tool site you can look up the parts diagram for the exact drill based on the model and serial number. It does show a side handle and nose ring was available.

Get a hole saw of the correct size, drill a hole with it in a piece of 3/4" plywood or mdf and then clamp that to the backing plate centered up on the existing hole. The plywood will hold the hole saw in the correct position without the pilot bit.
