Anybody else any input with pressure washing coated floor?

Hi guys, I got my garage floor coated in a polyaspartic coating in the fall and haven't really done much other than vacuum ir ocassionally during the snowy winter. Gonna give it a good clean in the next week or so. Is it ok to use a pressure washer? This would just be a cheap electric one...

So I got my floors done today in a beautiful 2 tone color scheme. Looks amazing. About 3-5 hours after the coating was complete it starting raining. There's.about 1' exposed outside of the garage that got wet and non inside with the garage door slightly open. Do I have anything to worry...

So i'm getting my garage coated right away but I was between 2 local companies. One company uses polyaspartic and tells me that polyurea is much cheaper/thinner and less durable. Any thoughts on this?

Did your shop have a drain?

I'm up in calgary, canada. Pretty dry climate. My reno guy just suggested taking down all the OSB to replace with drywall to avoid mould getting into the OSB. He said the snow would melt off the cars because of the in-floor heating and cause mould in the walls. There does not seem to be any...

Yea maybe I'll get a standalone humidity/thermometer. At what humidity would I start to worry?

Also I can see like a 1mm gap between from of the sheets of OSB. Could moisture get in there and mould?

I think your decision should be based on how attractive his girlfriend really is... Epoxy takes the longest + time for them to fix whatever mistakes they could make. Could be worth having her over for a longer period of time in short shorts.
