Thanks for the reply. That plan I posted is just one page of quite a few that shows the water etc. I was able to find an excavator last week to do the beginning stages of the plan. The site guys in Florida in my area are super busy it’s hard to even get them to respond.

You're not alone. I'm building a 40x80 commercial shop and took me a year and a half to get a site work permit. Right now I wish I had a GC to help me with a bank budget for my loan.
