35x50x16, 2:12 roof, Hawaiian Blue roof, Charcoal walls, 3" insulation - roof & walls, 5" concrete slab. Just wished I had budgeted for all the extras - electrical, HVAC, overhead doors, additional concrete & grading... Extras were almost as much as the main building.

Yes, all I had to do was permits, grading, garage doors, electric, concrete aprons and step out for man-door, and HVAC. BTW, I passed the county final inspection on Friday!

Got the security gate installed today (should keep my dog safe in the garage), and more gravel was delivered for grading the area around the garage apron. I also ordered the final building inspection from the County.
