How did you attach the plywood frames to the rack? did you just screw them down?

Did you check your door sensors to make sure they are fully in the terminals on the opener. I was having this same problem recently. The wire was just slightly lose in the connect. I took it out and reinserted it and it starting working fine again.

I've had a Kobalt 60 gallon compressor for about 12 years. Still runs great. I've painted a few cars with it and many other air tool tasks over the years. It was a great investment.
