    HI, the holes are the size of a phillip screwer, medium one, and I found out it was from salt being sprinkled down before the carpet was laid.

    Hi I am EnthusiaticDIYer from Cali. I have a large enclosed patio that was originally mixed with color and then we put indoor outdoor carpet on top of it, when we took the carpet up, there was glue left, but there were also tiny little hole all in the concrete (patio was enclosed completely)...
