I know this is an old thread but I am currently mounting a Multitool 2x36 on my 8" Baldor grinder with 3/4" shaft. The end housing on the grinder is too big so I have to make a custom bearing cap/spacer. The hole pattern/bolt circle on the grinder is too big so the mounting bolts for the adapter...

Thanks, I did make the badge sort of. I drew/dimensioned it and found the logo outline with a google search, gave it to our laser programmer and then he gave the program to the laser operator who cut it out of 20g. stainless. I deburred, formed & powder coated it, got the stainless drive screws...

Thanks, I am a big Giants fan but the color combo was by accident. I knew it needed paint and I've been wanting to try these "illusion" powder colors that mimick candy colors. I really like metallic orange so that's what I wanted for the main color and the black accents were an obvious choice...

I got this finished up this evening after getting the new "motor plate" cut and powder coated. The first pic was taken 04-01-21 just 6 weeks ago. The second just now. Here is the before & after.
