I did it 48x60 total cost w/power less concrete around $8000.00, lucky I live in a county that does not require building permits..... just finished the concrete wife and I did it around $4000.00...... not to bad..... mostly all off craigs list adds......
Just ordered one from auto equipment depot..... we shall see....... next year will order a 15000lb to go along with it...... photos to follow when it arrives and set up....:):):):):)

3rd installment of concrete 24x24 in the center... all ready did the 2 wings 12x48.... next will be the center ends 12x24 each.... Wife and I + 1 helper..... site mixed truck 5 1/2 sack 3/4 rock mix. 1st photo finished, second screeded and floated
yup.... tried to do the concrete last fall but ran into freezing temps before we could pour.
We are finished... there's nothing more we can do to it. 8-1/4 yards of concrete today.
48x48 shop. I'll post a photo of the other side...... all the stuff will move over to the concrete, next step will be to insulate the walls and install wall covering.
1st quarter pored, doing this in 8 yrd increments, site mixed total pour 7 1/4 yds, 5 sack mix. this has only took 4 years to get to this. Will do the other side next, then the center in 2 pours. Used a power screed and 48" power trowel...
I can show you buildings that are over 50 year old built as described still standing...... self shedding roof 4in12 metal roof.... even when a code or plans are required all built the same way, I could post many photos as pole barns spring up this time of year quicker than weeds......
Got my Nomex on ........ Its just a pole barn. put a 12"x12" paver in the bottom and be done with it....... It will out live you...... everyone way over thinks these pole buildings including county or city codes....... Thankfully my county has no code......... The norm here is 6"x6" green...
